Every user that should have access to Precursive, beside having a user created and having a Precursive license assigned on Salesforce, need to have a resource created in Precursive.
Resources' data is managed on the Admin page in the Resources tab. Note that System Administrators have access to the Admin page.
How to manage Resources' data?
1) To see Resources, click on the Admin tab.
2) The Resources tab will open in default. Here you can:
2a) Create a new resource: manually (this option is for creating non-human resources), from an existing user (this option is for a resource that should have access to Precursive), from an existing Contact (this option does not give the Contact the access to Precursive).
2b) Change the resource type from Contact to Human, or from Human to Contact.
2c) Synchronize the data between User/Contact and the resource in both ways.
2d) Search the resource by typing his name or search resources by a department.
2e) Switch on/off the Schedulable option for resources. When Schedulable is switched on, the resource can be scheduled.
3) To edit resources' details, click on the Resource Name on the list.
