To add activities to non-project codes, open on the Admin page the Activities tab and enter the new activity name in the text field. Click the Add button.
New activity has been added to the list. Choose the code to which you want to add the activity from the drop down list in the right section.
Click the plus icon next to your activity in the Action column.
Numbers in parenthesis stands for number of codes where particular activity was assigned to.
Admin User has the possibility to edit or delete an activity but only if none of the end users used it to fill his timesheet.
