If you want to easily filter resources on the Scheduling page by their tags or their level of skills, you can add tags and skill tags with levels to resources on the Admin page.
A tag can represent any specific feature of a resource and its format is a text.
A skill tag can represent any specific feature of a resource with a level from 0 to 10 and its format is a text:number (from 0 to 10).
To add tags and skill tags to a resource, go to the Admin page.
In the Resources tab click on Edit to edit the resource you want to add a tag or a skill tag with its level number. If you don't want to edit the tags, but just see what tags are assigned to this resource click the green View Tags button below the resource's name.
To see already added tags or add a new tag, click on View Tags.
If the resource you are editing has already some added tags they will be visible under the Search/Add new tag box.
To add tags or a skill tags to this resource start to type the tag name in the Search/Add new tag box. If the tag already exists in the system, you can choose it from the drop down list.
If it is a completely new tag, type the whole name into this field. The tag's name can be any text, the skill tag's name should be entered in the format tagName:levelNumber.

After entering the tag name or skill tag name click the Plus button on the right to add the tag to the list of resource's tags.
To save the whole list of tags, click Update Tags and Accept button.
If you want to change/edit some of the already added tags (for example change the level on a skill tag) click on the tag you want to change, then edit the existing tag and confirm the change by clicking the check mark and then Update Tags and Accept button.
If you would like to delete one of the tags, simply click the X mark and the tag will disappear. Then click the Update Tags button and Accept to save it.
