Precursive allows you to set the number of Annual Holiday Days per Resource and monitor the Remaining Holiday Days. If you want to change the default number of days for Holiday Allowance in your organisation see the link: link
To manage Holiday Allowance for selected users, go to the Admin tab and choose the Resource you want to edit. Find the Holidays board.
Drag the Enable Holidays switch to the right (it turns green) to edit Annual Holiday Days for the Resource.
Remember: You can use fractions: e.g. 10,5.
In the example above, this Resource can still use more than 20 days for Holidays. To restrict the number of Annual Holiday Days for the resource turn ON the Restrict Holidays switch.
The Remaining Holiday Days field is non-editable. It shows the value counted as follows:
- in the past: only approved actual hours are taken into account
- today and in the future: every planned hour booked for holiday is counted. When there is no planned hours, actual hours are counted.
- hours booked for Calendar Events are also counted analogically.
Remember: The system recalculates Remaining Holiday Days everyday at 00:00 and whenever the Approve action on myPrecursive is performed.
In the example below the Resource was booked for Holidays for 16 hours in the future so there are 18 Holiday Days left.
When the Show Holidays switch is on, Resource's Holiday Allowance is visible on MyPrecursive page.
In the example below 18 is the number of Remaining Holiday Days and 20 is Resource's Holiday Allowance.
