What does it do?
Keeping your project's expenses organise helps you deliver to budget. Precursive makes it easy for the contributors to submit their expenses - all you have to do is create expense categories for your project.
To add expense category to a phase of work:
- When in Phase Details click on ‘Expense Categories’
- Name your expense category (e.g. Travel) and assign a budget
- Click ‘Save and new’ if you’d like to create another expense category straight away
- Alternatively click ‘Save’ to complete adding your expense category
