What does it do?
List views allow you to see your records in a list. By updating them you can define what columns are visible on the list.
To update a list view:
- Click the gear icon at the top of the page and then pick ‘Select Fields to Display’
- From the column of ‘Available Fields’ select those which you would like to appear on the list and then move them to the ‘Visible Fields’ list by clicking the arrow
- Save your selection
